Do you have a minimum order requirement?

At Bella Umbrella, we welcome orders of any size.

How do I place an order?

Bella Umbrella is excited to work with you and create a bundle of vintage umbrellas that are perfect for your wedding or photo shoot!  We love each and every one of our vintage pieces and know exactly which ones would be the best fit for your style.  Tell us about your wedding or photo shoot ... the colors you love, what style you are going for, what you'll be using our vintage umbrellas for ... and someone will contact you within 24 hours!

How long is the rental period?

A Five Day Rental Period - The rental period is typically from Thursday thru Monday unless otherwise requested.

What is my order commitment?

When you place an order with Bella Umbrella we will retain 50% of your total amount to reserve your order.  This retainer is nonrefundable. 

What are your prices?

We structure our pricing by singles or by bundles.  If you rent 1-4 umbrellas they are $25 per umbrella rental.  If you rent 5 umbrellas or more they are $20 each. Our Umbrella Wall rents for $200 and includes everything you need to build it.

What are your payment and deposit policies?

Bella Umbrella accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. A credit card number and a 50% nonrefundable retainer is taken to reserve your umbrellas. The remaining amount plus shipping fees will be charged 5-7 days prior to the event date.  Once charged in full this payment is nonrefundable.

What if the umbrellas I rent are lost or damaged?

All responsibility for the rental items remains with the customer from the delivery date to the date they arrive back to Bella Umbrella. Please note the careful way your umbrellas arrive with their tips and handles protected. Re-pack them back up carefully. If an umbrella is lost or damaged, a replacement charge will be applied. This charge is typically equal to eight (8) times the rental price for each umbrella. The replacement charge is in addition to the original rental price.

How do I handle damp or wet umbrellas after an event?

Umbrellas must be completely dry before re-packaging and shipping. Leave umbrellas open in a warm dry area long enough for them to completely dry.

Do you deliver locally?

Our rental boutique is located in Seattle, WA.  Local customers may pick up and return umbrellas without additional charge. Hand delivery in Seattle is not currently available.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently we only offer shipping within the United States.  This does not include shipping to Puerto Rico.

Why can't I reserve more than one of each umbrella?

Most all our rentals are vintage and therefore one-of-a-kind. If we have multiples of a particular umbrella that is noted in the description.
